You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. Should you not receive an email from us, please email us at sales@materialgirls.co.bw and we will happily assist you.

If you would like to modify your order, please email sales@materialgirls.co.bw within one (1) hour of placing your order. After one (1) hour of placing your order, it cannot be cancelled as it’s already being processed at the warehouse. You’ll need to place another order or return any unwanted items.

Yes! We ship worldwide.

We typically process orders in 4-8 business days After Dispatch (this applies in Africa), You might have to wait at least 10 days in other continents, excluding weekends and holidays.

We process returns within 7 business days of receiving your package. You will receive an email confirmation with store credit once return is processed. Please note, we do not offer cash refunds. All returns will receive store credit.

If an item you want is sold out, please contact us and we will see what we can do! You can actually PRE-ORDER most of the items on the website.
